Hey,
I think it would be nice if we could share our stories about april fools jokes we have been a victim of, or ones we have played ourself.

2 of the greatest ones I have seen:
On British television there was a huge story about the world's 1st pregnant man, with stories of his progress and a regular interview with him. It resulted in him just having a big plasic lump under his shirt but many people did fall for this.

Another good one was when Apple was reported to have bought out Microsoft. This got computer maniacs all over the world excited and was very effective

I'm afraid I fell for one today. My mum showed me an article in The Times newspaper about how credit cards would be changed to 'Chip and sing' instead of 'Chip and pin'. I read it through, believed it, and said I thought it was a stupid idea because people wouldn't want to 'sing the line of a song' in the middle of a shop. Then she showed me the date it said it was hoped to be implemented: April 1st, 2009. Furthermore, there were various things in it such as four starting letters of words that spelt together 'LIES' and the name of the author was Alexi Harpor, an anagram of 'April Hoaxer'. I had woken up in the morning with the intention of not being tricked into anything, yet somehow my mum said she 'Just wanted to show me something', and I looked, and believed it. Stupid me.

Well it was a few days early of April fools but a few days ago a friend of mine I have not spoken to in a long time called and said I had to repeat the 12th grade.... I did not really care, infact I was a little sad to find out it was a joke...

Best joke I have seen was the Blizzard patch for D2 a few years back, everyone was going wild about that one.

Best April Fools Joke?
I got dressed up and ready for school today. I know it's a saturday.

Then I went to my sister's room and said it was a school day and that she should hurry up. She didn't buy it.

i think my favorite was last year my oldest son took my computer completely apart and hid it upstairs and then went back to bed. I freaked cause the first place I go is to my computer every morning at first i thought someone broke in and stole my computer then as I looked around nothing else was missing so I started yelling for my son.

The best april fools joke i palyed was when i hid my brothers raddle on the shelf...he couldnt get it! I got him good. He couldnt get it until i finnaly got it today

Wow, two weeks from one "sickness," I have only missed two days of school in the last two years. Last year because my acting teacher forced me to go home, teachers do not take too kindly to you throwing up every ten minutes in their class. And this year because I had an unknown illness topped off by a nose bleed while I was walking to school.

I mainly remember some of the skills being removed.

I wish April fools would have been on a weekday, I would have set my brother's clock ahead a few hours to make him think he is late for school.... not that he really cares.

I got my friend good. In the kitchen at my college, there is one of those sinks with the hose. i put a rubber band around the handdle so it was on permanit "on". he turned the water on and got soaked :P good times.....

Valve posted an update where they were adding ultra-realistic changes to CS, like one where you had to buy lense cleaner for your goggles, otherwise they clouded up, and one where if your shotgun jammed you had to fill out a form to fix it otherwise you had to use your pistol for the next 3 rounds.

I live close to a gass-station. I told everyone that there was a huge explosion there, and all the windows were blown out of my house and all the nearby houses. Ppl offered me to stay over at their place because it was quite cold that day, and to bring my valuable things into safety. Especially my mother totally freaked out
